Are you tired of regular sausages? Then you should try this cheesy, crispy goodness.
Instructions:
- Cut a cut along the length of the sausage (not all the way through). We recommend using a slightly thicker sausage.
- Stuff the sausage with cheese. We took hard cheese and cut it into sticks.
- Wrap 1-2 slices of bacon around each sausage.
- Place the sausage on the grill and leave until the cheese has melted and the bacon has a crispy surface.
- Serve in a bun with sriracha or ketchup.
