Chorizo ​​stew with potatoes

Youll need:

3 Chorizo ​​sausages
3 potatoes
1 Grilled pepper (in a jar)
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste
0.5 yellow onion
1 dl red wine
1 dl water
Salt, pepper and smoked paprika


If you want a more filling stew, you can pour in green lentils at the end.

Tasty stew with taste of smoky paprika, garlic, chilli and wine.


  • To begin, peel and slice the potatoes into approximately 0.5 cm wide pieces. Heat a frying pan with a bit of butter and salt, and fry the potato slices until they are golden brown.
  • As the potatoes cook, chop the onion, garlic, chilli, grilled pepper, and chorizo.
  • Add everything you just chopped to the frying pan with the potatoes. Allow to fry together for a while and then mix in tomato puree. Fry some more.
  • Next, add wine and water to the frying pan and let it boil and reduce. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
  • Finally, serve the dish with a baguette and enjoy!
