Serve with fried eggs and preferably pickled beetroot.
Instructions:
Dice the potatoes, carrots, and meat into approximately 1x1 cm cubes. Chop the onion. Pack them in separate jars to take outside.
Heat a generous amount of butter on the griddle and fry the raw potatoes and carrots until they start to soften. Stir frequently with a spatula to prevent burning.
Add the onion and meat, searing them until they have a nice color.
Season to taste and add Worcestershire sauce as desired.
Finally, pour in the cream and let it simmer and reduce until thickened.
